Look for recent seller experiences relevant to your property, read critical feedback as well as positive comments, and consider how the business responds.
BBB status and other trust signals
The matching BBB profile showed A+ and BBB accreditation. Check the BBB profile. BBB letter grades, accreditation, and customer-review averages are different measures. None confirms that a particular purchase will close. Ask for examples relevant to your municipality and home type. A regional presence is a starting point for that discussion, not evidence that every property will qualify.

Who handles the property assessment, and what happens if the assessment differs from the initial estimate? Ask for an answer that can be reflected in the written offer, not just an assurance over the phone.
