The linked Google business profile showed 4.9 out of 5 from 238 reviews when checked on September 24, 2026. Read the current Google profile. Review totals are not completed-purchase totals. Look for recent seller experiences relevant to your property, read critical feedback as well as positive comments, and consider how the business responds.
BBB status and other trust signals
The matching BBB profile showed A+ and BBB accreditation. Check the BBB profile. BBB letter grades, accreditation, and customer-review averages are different measures. None confirms that a particular purchase will close. The BBB profile lists a business start in 2008, while the website describes the owner buying houses since 2003. Those are different claims: an individual’s experience is not necessarily the age of the current business.
A useful question for your first call
Which legal entity is purchasing, what conditions remain, and when does the deposit become payable? Ask for an answer that can be reflected in the written offer, not just an assurance over the phone.
