Keep the measures separate
Addy scores, Google reviews, and BBB ratings answer different questions. The Addy score controls the order of this comparison. It is not a Google rating, a BBB rating, or a prediction of the price a business will offer you.
Look at the evidence
We review company websites and accessible business profiles. Company descriptions are attributed to the company. Google ratings and counts are snapshots from the profiles linked on each page. BBB accreditation and letter grades are reported separately. We do not interpret a missing BBB profile or a lack of accreditation as proof of misconduct.
Know the limits
Reviews describe individual experiences and may include people who did not sell a home to the business. A count is not a transaction total. We have not audited completed purchases, independently tested every service, or verified every reviewer. We do not publish unverified annual transaction estimates as public-record findings.
Compare suitability
Ask whether the business buys your property type, how it confirms funding, which conditions remain, and who signs the agreement. Those details matter more than a small difference between scores. Get more than one offer and consider advice about an open-market sale.
